No firearms, ammunition, defense article, alcohol product, or other regulated product is sold directly to consumers or transferred through this website.
Licenses and approvals
Any proposed activity is conditional upon all registrations, licenses, permits, label approvals, import approvals, export authorizations, customs requirements, and other governmental permissions applicable to the product, parties, destination, route, and use.
Counterparty, end-use, and sanctions screening
Parties, beneficial owners, intermediaries, destinations, end users, end uses, and transaction participants may be screened against applicable restricted-party, sanctions, debarment, and licensing requirements. Bridgeport X may request supporting documentation and may decline or suspend a transaction.
No diversion or unauthorized use
Products may not be diverted, retransferred, reexported, resold, or used contrary to law, an authorization, end-use statement, contract, or governmental restriction.
Alcohol products
Alcohol-related activity is business-to-business and subject to federal, state, and local importer, wholesaler, label, tax, transportation, storage, advertising, and distribution requirements. Product descriptions do not constitute a consumer offer.
Defense and ballistic products
Defense, firearms, ammunition, propellant, primer, component, and ballistic-material inquiries are limited to appropriately licensed and authorized entities. Product and technical-information eligibility must be confirmed before disclosure, quotation, transfer, or shipment.
